i did not get the room which i had booked till about 6 pm. i had to wait few hours in the reception area and later i was given another room.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. finding our way around Adelaide was made so much easier by them.Had a great stay and a great meal at a great price.
central location for shopping in the city good eating
Room size, quiet
Pool not open and no notification of this when booking in. No option apart from heavy doona or synthetic blanket - wool blanket please
no warning of visa surcharge
The close proximity to the city - relaxed setting
We were upgraded to a King size room on the 9th floor, which was very comfortable.
Very spacious room, with comfortable beds(not so comfortable pillows), and good bathroom.Welll situated on Hindley street.
Buffet breakfast was mediocre.
The location is in the middle of everything. Saturday night in particular may be too crowded and noisy, but for the other nights everything is fine. Some restaurants are located nearby and they give alternatives for food during long stay. Just fantastic.
I liked it because it is on Hindley Street close to Rundel Mall and loved the all you can eat breakfast in the morning, would recomend to anyone
Staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout the stay, from the concierge to the cleaning staff. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. We were offered an upgrade to a suite for a discount price, which we took up, and were glad of it.
The plasma, flat-screen TVs are not of a good quality, unfortunately. Plus an in-room safe would've been nice for belongings.
Entrance hall, adequate lifts, nice rooms and great facilities close to city centre.
No would stay again and was supprised how clean and tidy everything was.
Proximity to points of interest in city centre.
Surrounds to Hotel at night a bit worrying.
The size of the suit, was a very big and spacious. That it had a kitchen area and seperate living area
We thought our room on the tenth floor was beutiful, our breakfast in the mornings we were there were very good.
I thought the bar closed to early, and the food menu a bit dear.
